Exfoliation is the key to radiant, glowing skin. It will stimulate cell circulation and cell turnover, improving tone and condition of your skin.
Beautiful makeup begins with good skin.

Dark circle help

Use green tea bags- Green tea is rich in antioxidants and can make up for antioxidant deficiencies in the body that contribute to dark circles. Pour hot water over two tea bags and let them steep for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags and place them in the freezer. Remove when the tea bags are very cold. Lie down and press the tea bags onto your eyes. Hold them there for about 15 minutes. Rinse your eyes with cold water and pat dry.

Highlighting your eyes

By highlighting certain areas, you can easily create the illusion of a brighter eye. Using lighter shades in areas to help them stand out, and deeper shades to add depth, pushing them back. My favorite sweet spots to highlight are the inner corner, the center of eyelid, and along the brow bone.

Wedding-Day white teeth!
Use a little toothpaste, mix in one teaspoon baking soda, one teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide, half a teaspoon water. Thoroughly mix, then brush your teeth for 2 minutes. Remember to do this once a week until you have the results you want.  Once your teeth are good and white, limit yourself to using the whitening treatment once every month or two.

Wear a white tshirt when you have your trial makeup so that you can see how the makeup looks against a pale color, and take a picture of yourself in daylight.

It is a powerful anti-aging skincare ingredient that can help firm or depuff the skin, along with being a great antioxidant.  It also helps make fine lines and wrinkles look smaller, so drink a cup a day and feel/see the difference.

Fall season

This fall season, makeup trends are leaning toward earthy tones. Colors reminiscent of fall leaves and autumn berries are all over the runways of designer collections. Lighter makeup colors reminiscent of spring and summer should be replaced with deeper and richer tones for the fall.

Lips and cheeks
Keep your lip and cheek color light and simple. Pink and peach work for the summer. If you are wearing bronzer, you can skip the cheek color. If not, use a light shade of blush on the apples of your cheek.
